A six-month “Talent Development Program for Young People with Disabilities” has been launched!  The Program received overwhelming responses and finally we recruited 26 participants with different disabilities.  Our first training session was held on 31 August 2024.  Mr Benny Cheung, the Chairperson of the Joint Council, gave his welcoming remarks.  Dr Kam Ping Kwong, the retired Associate Professor of Social and Behavioral Sciences of the City University of Hong Kong, was invited as guest speaker to share about the principle of “user participation”.
