We welcome rehabilitation agencies and self-help groups to join us as full or associate members.
- Lawfully registered with at least three years of history
- Shares the objects of the Joint Council
- Has among its activities a significant portion concerning disability that means for an annual spending of over HK$1milliion or a membership of over 300
- Each full member shall have one vote at meetings of the Joint Council which shall be exercised by the representative designate by the member, or in the absence of that representative, by the alternate.
- Has an interest to keep in touch with the disability sector, but does not meet the eligibility of full membership as specified above
- Associate member shall have the right to appoint one representative of the Joint Council, and an alternate who shall act in his/her absence, but shall not be entitled to vote at such meetings.
